Maternal & Infant Health Equity Pilot- awarded May 2026
The Maternal & Infant Health Equity Pilot is a year‑long initiative led by Lewis Family & Friends Inc. to strengthen the health, stability, and early learning outcomes of families across Philadelphia. Our pilot supports pregnant people, new parents, infants, toddlers, and grandparents raising grandchildren through culturally grounded, trauma‑informed programming. We bring together doulas, early learning specialists, health partners, and community organizations to ensure every family has access to the care, knowledge, and resources they deserve.
